new man here needs advice

hi im a 21yr old man who suffers from Gynecomastia im very shy about it and think enough is enough and want to save up and get surgery does anyone have any plaices to reccomend i cant find any plaices who offer this service. i live near birmingham uk and any idea how much this cost on average?

a few have done nhs with a variety of results, they discuss private options too.  offhand i'd guess in the range of 2-3 kiloquid, but i'm just a yank.
