When telling my mum i was thinkign about the operation again (last time was only lipo) she looked at me like I was mad. am i mad or do i have it?

Im back on my way down from losing weight again. and its becoming more apparent

I say you have a very very mild case. On a scale of 1 to 10 a 2.5 or 3 .
Others will tell you have nothing it is really up to you. I say try doing some cardio and see what happens in 6 months just to see
if the results are better.

Mine is a more obvious case maybe a 5.

I dont agree  i think u have a normal chest. i wont call u crazy but u have a wrong image of your body. if i had that chest i wouldnt have surgery but its your chest i u must do what feels best for u.

do not get more surgery. lose the weight and then see how u look. i realy think your chest looks extremly normal. i do see minor inconsistencies in it, i think your chest is probably closer to ideal than the rest of your body. why spend more money on surgery when you could probably look great with a revised diet and excercise plan? then maybe spend the money on somthing else u want.

naw bro it looks fine, only fat on your chest is probably body fat. I wouldn't even worry bout it, it's not even noticable enough to catch someone's eye.

disagree, looks to me like about a 10 cm disk mass.  not huge, but won't go away with exercise.  if you can't live with it, talk to a ps.
