hey guys, so glad I found this site, i thought I was the only one for so long. Basically I'd like to know what you guys think. I've had really puffy nipples since around 10-12 years old.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Nips puffy
Chest fine

You've got a case of puffy nips.  Yes, you have gynecomastia.

Puffy nipples.  Mild all things considered.

  • Finally gyne-free
That's how my chest looked when I was about 20. It didn't really bother me then. But, as I gained a little bit of weight it started to bother me more and more.

As a side note, and as a warning, I just had surgery to fix it and I still have puffy nipples over a year later. Surgery is not a guarantee that it will get fixed. All of the gland has been removed, but they are almost as puffy as before.

Consider that before you drop $5K to a doctor. Or, at least discuss with the doctor what the odds of getting rid of them would be, and what type of recourse you would have if the surgery failed to produce that result (for example; will the doc do a revision for free?).

Good luck.

Always check with a endo as to why you have them before surgery.  If the underlying cause is not corrected they will probably grow back.

Your hormone may be out of balance with too much Estrogen E2 &/or low testosterone.

The PS will gladly keep taking your money 2 or 3 times.

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
See a ps and say you want your nipples to be flat. HE will tell you what he can do to fix 'em. Don't go to a "specialist". They will charge you $5,000.
See a regular, average, board certified plastic surgeon.
He will charge you alot less than a "gyne specialist will" and your results will looks exactly the same.
I had excision and lipo with everything included for under $3,000. I am sure slight excision only, will run you maybe slightly over $2,000 if even that.
$2,800 = Freedom!

Sounds like Puffies are not easy to get rid of. I have read other posts of guys having Gyne surgery to rid themselves of Puffies and they still had them after the Op.

It's incredible. My chest looks exactly the same way, almost identicle. When I first saw the site, I wasn't sure if I in deed did have Gyne, but now I am assured. I've also had them since I'm about 11-12. It sucks.
