Colorado Surgeons--haven't seen this answered

Read thru the topics that had Colorado mentioned. I can not seem to locate a recommendation for a Colorado surgeon. My 17 year son needs this surgery. His self esteem is suffering because of enlarged breasts/nipples. He has had this condition a number of years....Not a weight issue, as he is 6 foot and weight 155lbs. Very athletic. He's tired of being made fun of in the locker room.
