circular scar tissue..

I have scar tissue on one side that is like a half circle starting at the incision line then following the side of the nipple around to make about a half circle. Anyone have this also? It seems weird and after 3 months still hasnt gone down. It doesn't feel too hard but its definitly enough to make it puffy.

i had scare tissue after my surgery and it was also at the exision line. i massage the tissue with some coccoa butter and that worked for me and it dissapered after some time
