I have puffy nipples to it was just cold when i took these pictures. I'll take some better ones before my surgery!

Dude,
You appear, young, healthy, and fit. (My "offical" analysis from a few pics, not being a doctor and all) You will do fine. Skin probably not so streched and has enough elastisity to go back where it should, etc. In your other post you mentioned you are confident in your PS and his work. That is key. Wait till next week will seem long, then bam it's over. HAVE FUN....
