You're not gonna work that off.  You definitely have something going on.  My advice: see a doc to make sure your hormones are all in line.  If that's cool, then you can consider surgery.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
No way you're gonna work that off bro.  If you proved me wrong, i'll eat my words.  I think you're a classic example of what glandular gynecomastia looks like.  If you get surgery, i think your results would be phenomenal. Good luck.  :)

Agree with the rest. There's no working those off, unfortunately.

  • Breasts belong on women!
Schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist to have your hormone levels (testosterone, estrogen, etc) checked.  Check the forum for posts by hypo about endocrinologists to ensure you have the right stuff checked.  This is to make sure your gyne isn't caused by some hormone imbalance.

Also schedule a consultation with a good local plastic surgeon to discuss getting excision of that gland.

Be sure to keep us updated!

My mom probably won't get it checked out, because she just thinks i need to work out, but thanks for your advice anyway! I'll try begging and see where that gets me!

Tell your mom to take a look at this site (or other sites with info about gynecomastia). Moms can be stubborn :)
