I saw some pictures of "The Rock" and his scars were pretty obvious...he is a rich celebrity. My question now is, is it possible to get all the gland removed with no scarring? Having the scars that show I had it done would be just as bad as the gyne in the summer at the beach imo.  I'll have to research it some more but maybe the armpit thing is a good way to go...feedback plz.

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
I hear what you're saying, but the risk of scarring is a reality with surgery.  Some people seem to scar worse than others.  I don't believe that the gland can be effectively excised through the armpit, so that's why most gyne surgeries are done through incisions that follow the curved line of the areola.  That line helps hide the scar and gives direct access to remove the gland.  That's what my PS told me anyway, and it seems to be supported on these boards.
