i went to my local doctor today and he said that i for sure have gynecomastia. i had to get blood drawn for some tests and he said he would call me in a couple days. he also said that surgery would be the best option and that he thinks my insurance will cover it which is great. The only problem now is that i have to take all my shirts back that i got for summer because there xl and i wont be needing them anymore!! ;D

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
Congrats! Make sure you buy a bunch of button up shirts, for the first pre op month. You have just completed the hardest step. Everything else associated with the process of gyne removal is smooth sailing from here on out. Good luck.

  • Breasts belong on women!
Ugh I'm jealous :P

My consultation isn't until May 4, but I'm hoping they call me soon to tell me that a new spot has opened up at a sooner date.  I had them put me on a sort of waiting list for that, but I'm going to call late this week / next week to make sure there's not a spot I could fill in.  Good luck to you with your surgery!  Be sure to keep us updated!
