Surgery Question

I finally got to speak with a PS in my area.  He is certified by the board and whatnot.  During our discussion he had mentioned lipo only.  I told him that I had read that this alone will not cure the problem.  When he examined me he said that everything felt very soft/fatty and that lipo would cure the problem.  He also stated that around 80% of the time no follow-up/revision is needed.  I know I've read somewhere about lipo not completely solving the problem but my man boobs are very soft and what he said makes sense to me.  I can't remember where I read about differences in procedures so if you guys know of some places fill me in!
