nipple feeling after operation

Hello.  Could some of you who have had gyne surgery tell me if you lose the same feeling in your nipples as before the operation?

I had my surgery about 6 wks ago and it is pretty much back to normal.  Still a little numb but not too bad.

its all on the individual and surgeon.  I had mine done 2 years ago and its not 100% back to full feeling but they still can get hard and all that good stuff so its not that bad
