Hey all,

21 days post op now. i raised my arm lil above my shoulder and felt a slight stretch . it was kinda quick and a reflex. im a lil worried if thats harmful or somethin. need ur advise on that.   :-[ . what if i strecthed too far . would that damage the tissues or get the skin permanently extra stretched or result in fluid build up. . .....

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. It could have damaged the tissue  a little, but all it will do is set you back another week or so to let it heal again. Give it a little rest, then start the stretching again, but no so vigorously. ;)

You'll be fine...21 days post you probably don't have to worry about fluid buildup, it's usually in the first few days or so.

At 3 weeks Post-Op, naw, you'll be fine.

How do you feel now? Is it still painfull where you stretched too far?

you had surgery 21 days ago, why the rush to stretch.  Is it common to have pain?  I'd say if the tissue hasn't fully healed then hell yes, it's very likely.  Slow down.
