LIPO Vs. GYNO

this is my situation
I lift weights since 5 years ago, I get a good definition of my pecs, I also have a litle of fat, but a I don't care the fat, I don't wanna be perfect, it's just my nipples, they look like 2 small peaks looking to the sides, I want to ask you:
to extract the mammary glands instead a lipo, it's my decision? or it's a doctor's decision?
I don't like a lipo, because I don't like the general anesthesia.

I'll appreciate your opinions.

I think they cut the gland and then almost always do lipo to smooth out the void space.

Today I had surgery and I asked my Dr. about removing glads vs. lipo. He said he prefers to do lipo first then remove glads. Otherwise there may be an indent that cannot be corrected with lipo... I guess this depaends on the size of the glands.

Today my Dr. did lipo only but apparently I have a rare case of mostly fat and just a couple of very small glands that he felt did not need to be removed.

We'll see how it turns out in a few weeks.
