Can i get rid of puffy nipples without having surgery?

i'm 14 and i've had puffy nipples since i was 12 or 13. I've been putting on a lot of weight and was wondering if i get rid of the weight will my nipples go back to normal?

The only remedy seems to be surgery. Anyway you're still 14 so maybe puffy nipples will go away by themselves in a year or two. I think you should see an endocrinologist and explain him/her your problem.

I think 21 its too late I think 18 years is good ... You will waste your childhood. If gyno continue more than two years you're just doomed
