Hi. I'm 21, not completely sure if I have gynecomastia or if I'm just being a hypochondriac. I started thinking my chest wasn't normal after I lost some weight (about 30lbs), which was 2 years ago. I can feel lumps beneath the nipples, bigger on my left than my right.

Cut out most of the background, to hide any distinguishing features of the room. Sorry if they're low-quality, but it's the best I can do.

Thanks.

There might be some excess gland, but definately not enough to form a 'female breast' appearance. I say no you dont have gyne, but might want to tone up your chest a bit, should look a lot better then.

think it might be a mild case, especially if you can notice any kind of disk mass.  gyne comes in enough non-severe variety that you don't have to wear a bra to have it.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

Thanks for the replies. I'll definitely try working out to get some more definition there.

To headheldhigh - I can feel something there, although it doesn't feel disk shaped.

Mild case or not, I feel much better about myself now. Thanks again to all of you.

my slip, disk is common but it could be a bud or just denser area.
