Another one...
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'd like to show some photos to know if I have Gino, I'm 16 y.o, I'm  5' 7'' with 213.8 lbs body mass. I'd like to know if I have gino or not, or if it just fat. What should I do?

Well, I live in Brazil, but what should I do first? Does the gynecomastia and puffy nipples get off totally with surgery? Should I go to the endocrine first? Please, I'm very depressed about having these fuckin' shites!
