im 15 6"2 and 145 lbs...considering surgery had gyne for bout 4 years now
they puff out like 1/2 inch
definately not normal and i cant take shirt off in public
my gf accepts it tho, she said she doesnt mind it so much only when i make a big deal about it
such as not taking off my shirt when im around her or like moving her hand when she places it on my chest
so what to do
surgery or not?

Since you are 15 I would wait. I am 16 and I have the same problem, if it doesnt get better for me then I will get surgery. Is it worth $5,000 to take off your shirt in public? For me the answer is yes. I want to be able to go swimming again, and take off my shirt at beaches. And I will not go through life trying to hide my problem. So for me personally surgery is worth it.

i am 23 yrs old and 2nd surgery post op.  And hell yeh it is. After this second surgery i am praying that results will come in and i'll be comfortable to take my shirt off. But then again i def. had gyne.  Perhaps your condition isn't that bad.  I'd def. go see a dr about it and get yr hormones checked and see maybe there might some drug therapy.  Good luck
