i had puppy fat from say 13 and i thought thts y i had a bit of fat roun my chest i am now 17 in july i have been workin out intenseley in the gym for 18 months i look really good but i have a littled puffed nipples wen it is really warm i used 2 wear tight vests when i was like 14 but just before i started the gym i found something tht makes my chest look perfectly normal NIKE PRO VENT VESTS THEY ARE ABOUT £22 AND ARE AMAZING..........http://store.nike.com/emeastore/?cp=EUNS_KW_SU07_UK_Google_B&ref=http://www.google.co.uk&#,en,GB,url;stage,prod_grid-309114-309365-////0--0|1............. theres a link oooh and get a v neck 1 they are a lot better under t shirts they dont stick out

no men ..............footballers wear them such as wayne rooney and christiano ronaldo and are even more popular with rugby players and seen as tho there in the mens section in the link i have posted i 4rt it wud b obvios

Do you have a pic of you with and without it on at all? I live In the UK and my last vests came from US.. need to get some more really as I want black ones and the ones I've got have lost a lot of compression. If the nike one really is effective I might try it.. but £22 is a big risk if it doesn't work, when 3 comp. vests from the states is only about £40.

no i dont dude but jus go into jd or jjb an try 1 on tht wud b the best option then theres no risk at all and by the way when u wash these they get there compression ryt back trust me they r gr88888 .... ohhhhh and they are on sale at the moment in JJB they r £15 m8 get urself down there ..... and there in alll diff colours an sizes go 4 it

I went to JJB today, saw both underarmour and the addidas ones.. to be honest they didn't feel nearly tight enough to have enough effect, not compared to my proper compression vests from the states, so I'm gonna stick with them, but cheers for the info anyways
