When you click on his link to "male breast reduction surgery", it just takes you to another page that was already built by another site "plasticsurgery.org". Most of his other pages were manually made specifically for his site. That tells me he does not even do enough of these, or know enough about these procedures to take five minutes to make it a page on his website.

I would say, No he  is not legit for this procedure.

who is bermant??? and the surgeon said he has done the procedure numerous times, and my local doctor reccomended me to him...... i dont think my doctor would send me to someone who doesnt know what hes doing.......... my surgery is scheduled april 21 ... im excited

Talk to him. Ask him questions. Look at photos of prior patients. Ask how many he's done.

That is really the only way to tell...he could be awesome and just have a sh!tty website, or vice versa.
