I have dieted down from 180 to 145.  Gyn is still there.  My plan is to bulk for 6 months, cut for 3 months, then get surgery.

What are your thoughts

Congrats for your weight loss ! You seem to have a well-shaped body apart from ... your chest which shows signs of gyne. There must be an excess of fat but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it is also glandular. It is more developed on your left side as far as I can see. I think that surgery is the best solution in your case.
How old are you by the way ?

32 years old.

Timing in my life does not make surgery easy right now.  I have lived with it this long, I can live with it for 9 more months.

I think that they are smaller now, but there is still some fat, but I feel the gland.  I must hold most of my fat in my chest because I am pretty darn lean.
