dr. magassy. i had mine with him and my results are fantastic! he is very confident and has tons of experience and the artistic flair you need with a surgery like gynecomastia. 703 790 5454

I have good things about dr magassey,,,,,, I am in the dc area and was considering  dr  bermant, he has an excellent reputation  but is  farther away then magassey. they are comparably priced I beleive.
 Magassey OWNS   the building and  all procedures are  performed in house  I think

One of the most experienced surgeons on the site is Dr Bermant in Chester VA.
