Is this scar tissue!?

Well my chest is flat right, but at the bottom I can feel SOLID tissue under both breasts  ... my left handside is slightly bigger than the right.

To be honest it feels as if its come down a little since yesterday after I massaged it a bit before going to sleep.

I just want to confirm is this scar tissue from the lipo' and gland excision that was done? and over time will it go away? im more than chuffed even if it stays forever but will obviously be slightly dissapointed as I paid £4,000 ... Im only 3 weeks post op too and Levick told me my final results will appear after a year and even now I look better than ever!

I'll pop up and visit my surgeon after 6 months for a check up as well just to make sure.

I have scar tissue too, which makes my nipple look puffy again :S
Dr. Fielding told me to massage it with pressure to help the scar tissue break down.

do you have it right where the glands were?  i think thats where the majority of mine is..
