Cost of surgery depends on the problem to be treated, surgical techniques, and can vary from surgeon to surgeon.

I was hoping to get a more specific answer though. Let's say there was a person who went to two different plastic surgeons: one regular and one an expert on gyno. The same exact surgical technique is being used. How much more would the expert charge?

You are looking for a standard rate schedule which does not exist.

A really good surgeon with a high success rate would be in great demand so he could charge more for his services.  Beware though, Higher price does not assure anything by itself.

The principle of supply vs demand plays a big part in determining price, but it should not be the only criteria.
