Telling people, friends, family, lovers, the the path to working through the shame of gynecomastia.  You have to expose the negative belief about yourself to others. When the light shines in the dark closet you begin to lighten as you discover the world does not come to an end. If the person responses badly that can also be damaging. Be wise in who you first tell the first couple of times. As you gain strength and practice, you will have less shame and be able to withstand any negative responses.

Thankyou for that awesome responce. I dont know what I would have done without this website. I use to feel so alone but I know that I am not and this website has helped me know that it is not the end of the world and only a small bump. I just talked to her and she didnt even care. It was not even a big deal to her. I think I make more of  a big deal.
