I'm 52, 5'9" and 173 pounds.   Had gyne since 18.   Also some pectus excavatum (PE -- depressed breastbone) which makes it look worse.   The patch is just a painkiller for an unrelated condition.   I can't feel anything firm that could be glandular tissue.   

The problem seems mainly fat combined with an unfortunate chest shape and musculature.   How would you rate me?   Would lipo (plus compression vest) be sufficient, or might I need skin tightening?   Can fat, or an implant, be placed above the sternum to compensate for the PE?   

I am overweight but at my age even exercise will never rid me of all the abdominal fat.   So I would go for lipo there at the same time.

i would rate ur condition 4 out of 10 for your weight and total body structure
