Help me find a good compression garment

I do a lot of bodybuilding but am having more liposuction done to eliminate fat around my chest. I have had really bad luck with compression garments the last one I had really dug into my underarms and left sever bruising. I also want something that will cover my waist as well since otherwise I feel like I'm wearing a bra.

My suit size is a 48 but my waist is a 32. Can someone recommend a good garment that won't break the bank?
