yes.  benching is good pre-op prep, but it'll never take the gyne down. 
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

I reckon in my honest opinion that training your chest can make them look worse, because the muscle builds underneath the fat, therefore makes them stick out more, but it will shape them more probarbly. But atleast you'll have some pecks after surgery!  ;D

dangit i am gonna bench till i die cause my parent wont let me have surgery till im 21 or older but i can wait that long D:
