Hello,

Here are some pictures of my gynecomastia.







I had this week an echography and a mammography and the result of both exams are "fatty tissues" only.

Now I have to discuss with my doctor which could be the treatment.

hey i think u dont have gyno its all fat i dont think u will need surgery go on diet do cardio and start working out and ull be good urs is all fat

I think trying to get into shape first would be better, then wee what happens. Anyway, sometimes when it's even fat it won't go away by diet and exercise, liposuction maybe necessary.

looks like it's saggy fat.  improve ur diet and the weight should fall off.  good luck.

I think both are a must : some diet + liposuction.

It never hurts to get in shape with diet and exercise, and I would encourage anyone to do that, however I think surgery will be the only answer here.

I personaly have yet to witness anyone get rid of gyno with diet and exercise. One guy dropped 100 lbs and it did nothing to get rid of the gyne.

Its rare that gynecomastia is pure fat. And even it is pure fat, it occured due to hormonal issues at one point in life and will require surgery to fix if its been there a long time.
