movement after op

what sort of movement is allowed. my surgeon told me not to raise my hands above my head for a while, but would using a keyboard and mouse be perfectly fine.

the only reason i ask is because i had to go back in after a couple of days due to a fluid build up which was probably caused due to my movements. im now 8 days post op from the original op, and 3 days post op from the drainage op, and im sitting fixed to the setee nervous to move
