Is Dr Delgado the best in the west (or at leats bay area)? 

He's quoting me much more than I expected, but it is my BODY, and he seems to be the guy people goto when they need to correct a previous surgery.  So I figure it's worth it.  Again what the worth of one physical and mental health?

I am guessing I am a 6-7/10.

how much is he quoting? i heard it's around $7-8k. i've been looking for a bay area PS too, and he seems like the best in the business. there's also Rajagopal, who charges about $4-5k which is a lot cheaper. *sigh* i don't know...

I am sure there are many good surgeons here. He is probably the most experienced as he does 100+ cases a year. Practice helps. He also uses a variety of techniques, and is not stuck in one method fits all.
