I guess my only hesitation is something like a scar or crease making my chest look worse than before.

What do you guys think?  I need to making a f**kin decision already.  I can't be consumed with this anymore.

Looks like mostly fat to me despite your good body shape.  You don't seem to have puffy nipples. Good luck with your consultation, I have my surgery scheduled on May 22 with Dr. Baxt.

Well, I've lost a lot of weight in past years and my chest always stays the same.

when I bulked up my chest just got bigger.

Can't win... So, i'm convinced surgery is the only way to correct this...

Does everyone agree?

I'm in the same boat as you, my chest size never decreases, but I both have poofy nipples and am going through puberty. However, from the looks of your chest, our bodies are very similar and though you're lucky not to have poofy nips, I believe surgery would be the best way to rid yourself of these pesky insecurities. I wish you the best of luck!
