I think you have gyne especially from the first one: soft, puffy nipples. Go see a good, experienced gynecomastia specialist and see what he or she recommends. The size of mine were about like yours before I had my surgery last May, and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. I can run without chafing, go to the pool without anyone staring at me.

It's good you have lots of chest hair: that makes you look really masculine.
