I have another thread showing an awful creater. I also wanted to post some before and after pictures to get peoples opinions. To me things look worse than before. The areaols are only slighly less puffy and I have craters, ripples, and the shaping of each pec is uneven with each other (can't really see this in pictures). I am having a hard time resizing and posting so hopefully Grandpa can be kind enough to post my pictures.

Since its early, I will hold off on dropping his name. I meet with him Fri. I will talk to him first and give it some more time. Then I will say.

Looks like scartissue is messing up your nipple, creating what looks like a crater. Overall, I think he/she could of sucked out a little more? And, if loose skin was present; cut it off and reshape your whole breast? These are just my thoughts though, and I am, by no means, an expert.

Sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes

Kind regards,

Ryan.

yeah looks a lot like mine. was flat when i got the stitches out and i felt like a million bucks. about 2 days after..back to normal. it looks like i have a crater on my left side which hopefully fills in. even if it doesn't im not near as concerned about the fact that its not flat and still pointy. looks pretty much the same just like yours. i had lipo only (thought i was going for excision) :-\

i know that it's recovery but honestly for you and for me i just think that it's going to take some drastic recovery for it to look "flat" or anywhere close. you're in the same boat as me. i go again thursday but i think i only see the nurse ::)

but whatever i guess im still the same old person. if i can get by on thinking that and know that hope is still possible hopefully ill be cool and just have to live with this until i can get the cash and have the time to do it. which might not be for a looong time. :(

but if there's a next time..i reall think it will be with a specialist no matter what the cost or hassle. i know how it is. it's a pretty low feeling. one of the lowest i've felt which is ironic considering as how i thought this surgery would change my life for the better. that's life tho i guess. keep on truckin'. stay postive and things usually tend to work out in the end as we progess. hopefully things will speedily fall into place for you and anyone else in this situation.

cheers.

another thing..should it continue to look like this..which who knows with recovery..your's should improve somewhat with the crater but if your ps takes a before and after photo and compares...he/she would have to be braindead to see a change for the better or any improvement. thus, they should question the job they did and their knowledge/skills at performing this surgery.

Do you think it's swelling or is it a case of your PS didn't remove enough?

I am thinking the latter...  :-\

Not much you can do tho...  You gotta wait a few months to see if it improves.

yeah i think there's still gland behind each nipple. i can feel it just like before. feels the same. but a fairly good bit of gland was removed so it is smaller...just not where it could be. gonna wait it out tho and if there's a need for another shot ill definitely be taking care of it. it's not gonna rule my life forever. but for now i wait.

From the pictures do you all think I still have gland. I do not feel anything that resembles gland!  ???

You can't see it in the pictures ( I can post if Grandpa wants to help again) but what is the worst is my left pec the ps left much more fat on the outside of my pec than the right pec. The left pec has more rounded natural look and the right pec has a very sharp, less natural looking shape.
