gyne or fat?

first of all , sorry for my english
Im italian and maybe I made some grammar mistakes in these post..
anyway, there are 2 pics of my body, with a close up on my chest.
I dont know if i have a real gyne or a fake one... what do u think about it? any suggestion?
what I have to do?

i can feel "something" under my nipples....

I was at a cold river, so they shrunked a little bit..

I'd definitely give it a lower rating. Many people have much more clear gyne; you don't seem to have much glandular tissue, and for the most part other than the slight poofyness the nipples are normal. There are nipples, on the other hand, that seem to invert and are decently larger than average nipples.

I'd say that surgery could definitely help, but it's nothing to really worry yourself about compared to more severe cases (even though I know it's impossible not to be concerned)
