Hi,

I have posted some post-op pictures and I need all you friends tell me your opinion about my results.
I am thinking that I have right side littele bigger and should go for revision or touch-up.
What do you guys think?

I do feel some hard tissues on right side under the nipple.
The left side is fine I don't feel any hard tissues there.

The in office evaluation gives the best detail with a real clinical exam of the tissues and how they move.  Otherwise, my Standard After Gynecomastia Pictures were developed to demonstrate subtle changes.  Evaluating symmetry when the arms are not in the same position makes little sense.

I AGREE WITH THE OTHER POST. GO TO THE GYM! I AM SURE IT WILL LOOK ALOT BETTER AFTER CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING. YOU COULD LOSE SOME BODYFAT AND WORK ON YOUR UPPER CHEST.
