Vacation 4 Months after

Hi I wanted to get the opinion of the forum about surgery. I am looking to schedule my surgery for right around Christmas. I also have a vacation approved for punta cana in the beginning of April. My question is what condition will i be in come that vacation time? Will i have much scaring?

hey i am almost a month post op and im doing fine... you can only tell theres a scar if you look closely. i think i would be fine to go on vacation except the doctor told me not to go in the sun without a shirt for 6 months, and if i do, wear lots of strong sunscreen. everyone heals at different rates but i think you should be fine/

depends on how minor/major the case is, to my understanding excision only is always a pretty speedy recovery and usually take 1-2 months. but if you have a pretty bad case and you need a lot of lipo/tissue removed it can take up to a year.
