Hi im 15 years old and i just had surgery 2 days ago to remove my gyno.
I have no pain what so ever and i want to ask is this normal??.
Will the pain come later on?.
I have been taking some tramadol and stuff but i am in no pain at all.
Ive had the surgery twice aswell because of a leaky blood vessel or something.

Peace from Australia

I was told that the local aneasthetic wears off after 24 hours so you won't feel much until then. When mine wore off I couldn't feel any pain UNLESS I touched the area...in which case it was VERY painful. This lasted to 7 days post op. Doc then advised I changed from paracetamol/codeine to ibuprofen as a painkiller, as this apparently helps in healing the nerve endings. Next day, no pain at all. Maybe just coincidence. now 17 days post op and whole area is numb to the touch with distinctly hard areas beneath the skin (scar tissue). Bruising almost gone - prob needs another 7 days.
