Advice needed and aprieciated

Hey whats up everyone, My name is James I'm a 16 yearl old male about 5'10'' and around 135lbs. I'm deffinatley not what you would call obese but I do randomly have a large lump under my left nipple and it puffs out I would say about half an inch or more. My right nipple has a lump the size of a peanut and is very tender but does not stick out that much. I had this same problem when I just turned 15 exept not as bad and it went away over a period of time, but now its back and worse then it was. I have a fairly decent body that I wish I could show but because of my uneven nipples and the puffiness of them It's pretty embaressing. I know allot more people have it worse and I do have sympathy for those individuals, but this has become an annoying inconvenice. If anyone that reads this has any tips on getting rid of this or the cause of this please feel free to advise me.
