ENDO / PLASTIC SURGEON in NY or PA

Hi everybody, i was just wondering if you guys could help me out and list off possible endo/PS places in the STATE of NY or PA


I believe Dr. Jacobs is in NYC?
Would anyone be so kind as to give me the scoop on him, avoid or recommend? Anyone else located in NYC?


Long story short, Im 20, 6'1, 175lbs. Ever since puberty I seemed to have a bigger chest than everyone but never had any hard tissue or glands. It wasnt until the end of august that I noticed a gland under my right nipple. Will the left soon follow? Is it normal to have it in only one nipple and is it going to just keep getting bigger??
