Good Surgeon in Honolulu, Hawaii area?

Im about to embark on my gynecomastia surgery journey. There are many doctors in the honolulu area who do gynecomastia surgery,. however on their websites the before and after pic look similar without much resuults. Does anyone know if a surgeon in hawaii does it the same way Dr. Delgado does it and can anyone refer me to a good surgeon? thanks
