POSSIBLE NEW PROCEDURE. NO NIP INCISION FOR GLAND REMOVAL.

I just saw some pre-post op photos under "user photos" forum topic, and this one result by Dr. Jacobs is simply AMAZING.  No nipple incision at all.

Incisions are made somewhere less noticeable and glands are extracted endoscopically (delicately).

This means no embarrasing nipple scars!  No scar sensitivity issue (whether high or numb).

lol thats because he was fortunate to have tissue that was soft enough to come thru only lipo. the excisionis done when the gland is too tough for lipo. 
and honestly, if u have an experienced doctor like jacobs, the excisions are not even noticeable. the only way u can somewhat tell is if someone is examining ur nipple.  and besides us on this board, who else does?? lol
