Weight / Gyno
Hey,

I definately have Gland Gyno, but I'm by no means fat. I was thinking that it could be a mix of both though. I've got a bit of stomach fat though, so maybe could be contributing?

Any attempt to figure out how much of what is present is doomed. The surgeon will know for sure, but only after he is done.

Most Gynecomastia consists of both glandular and fatty tissue.
