bio oil and scar plasters
hi guys anyone have any good experiance with bio oil or scar plasters post op?

im having surgery in about 3 days and i was thinking about buying them. do they help reduce scar even if slightly and do they help if there is any nipple folding/creasing etc

3 days i cant wait!!!! ;D
