ICING GYN

i got bad puffy nip and i herd about icing them so i just iced them really bad and i see bout a 45% decrease

Unfortunately, The effect of icing is only temporary.  Though it does no harm.

On the plus side, if you get that much reduction from icing,  and you are young enough; you might yet be one of those fortunate people who have their gynecomastia self-resolve.  Age and hormonal situation would be important to see if this might work for you.

Have you seen a doctor about this yet?  If so, what kind of Doctor?

the icing last for about an hour it didnt last but i could see my nips the bumps and shit but i saw my doc he said i got gyn and was impressed about my research  my mom got a new job so we dont have insurance but we r getting it next week he said he cant get the insurance to pay for my surgrey becuz of my age! He said it might go away but he said he knows what im going threw poools and stuff then he wanted to see rxt and that stuff so i mailed it then he told me to wear a condom and have a good day : )
