Do you think prices will stay the same in the uk or will they go down?

They will not drop prices unless there is a serious drop in trade.
Took the plunge and had consultation with Dr. Karidis 7th January 2009.
Surgery 26th February 2009.
Just wish I'd been able to do this years ago.

I find it quite unlikely.  The surgeons performing all have day jobs, this is a side-line.  The fixed costs, hospital, drugs, dressings, nurses, etc will not change.  I would suspect they would just ride the year out.  Their fees aren't the majority costs.
