3 weeks post op

Hi guys. Am exactly 3 weeks post op. Not yet sure what to think...looks much better but still not exactly as I want. Still slight indentation at left and recently noticed right side is not exactly as should be. Obviously when I flex can see indentations more.

Did you guys feel same way at 3 weeks?

Do things change much after 3 weeks?

Did you guys start working out after 3 weeks?

When will things be back to normal?

3 weeks isnt a long time, it seems like it takes a few months before everything really starts settling down.  How is the healing going? Are the wounds completely fused up? how noticeable are the scars at only 3 weeks?  Do you have any pics?  sorry about all the questions I will be getting the surgery in a month and am curious
