surgery booked for 3 days time. cant wait,
very excited and also scared, any advice to pass time?
anyone had the surgery that knows wat im goin through and can help me prepare?
im not getting lipo just excision coz im fit and healthy.
please rate and comment on pics
anyone give specific instruction to the surgeon on opperation day?

Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia Deformity Surgery is an art form.  I prefer to use an artist's pallet of surgical tools during my Dynamic Technique.  Liposuction or

I'd say you're fit and healthy!  Jeez, what I'd give to just be skin and muscle.  I think the surgery should go pretty smoothly for you because there's not much fat to deal with.  But then again, I'm not a surgeon.

haha believe me being in my physical condition is a very new thing for me.
used to be a short fat kid lol, but started exercising hardcore coz i thought my gyne might reduce.
i urge anyone with gyne like mine to bulk up muscle wise, coz at leaste if you ever in a position where you must take off your shirt, if you have a 6 pac and a musclly chest, people wonth think ur fat and lazy and have man boobs, they will just think (his nipples are a bit different) trust me, when my girlfriend took off my shirt i was pooping myself that she will be like wtf! she didnt even notice and thought it was just because of the muscle, so it definatey helps[/center]

yeah man actuaLLY UR SURGERY SHOULD GO VERY WELL. U ARE VERY LEAN SO UR PS IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM MUCH EASIER SINCE UR BODY FAT IS SO LOW.. GOOD LUCK TO U MAN AND UR PROCEDURE WILL GO GREAT!
