wash compression vest DAILY?

How often did you guys wash your compression vest?

I washed mine daily - but I also sweat when I sleep.

how did you wash it?
 
in the washer or by hand?  using detergent?

and did you dry it in the dryer? (did it cause shrinkage?)

I washed it on its own, set washer to mini, hot/cold, small load. Just detergent, no softener. Then I would put it in the dryer. It would definitely feel tighter after a wash and dry, which is a good thing - because you want maximum compression - but by the next day, it would be as stretched as it was when the day before. Believe me, shrinkage will not be an issue.
