Is surgery the only answer?!

I am a male of 22, 5' 10", 190lbs, and have had what I think to be Gyne since approx 13 (please see photos and comment). I have looked into the condition briefly and seen certain herbal products that claim to rid this condition (ie 'diet aid of questionable value' & 'diet aid of questionable value'). Do these work? and if so, which?
If surgery is the only answer what is the best method of doing this? GP or private?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Johnny, welcome to these boards. In cases of real gynecomastia, like yours, surgery is the ONLY answer. No herbal or medical supplement has been shown to be effective in making gyne go away.

Think I need to book a consultation then don't I and finally get something done about it?!

Any help regarding consultations, ie what to say, where to go (UK), etc, would be greatly appreciated.
