Compression vest
Hi guys just a question

How long is the average time we need to wear to compression vest after? Would just 2 weeks be okay?

lol, this questions been asked a million times.

Wear it for 2 weeks minimum. And their after as much as you like ... the heck, were it if it makes you feel slim! it doesn't matter. Its just a tool to promote healing.
